Positive Vibes & Cuting out the Negativity- Chapter Six
Another important Chapter/ life lesson I’ve learn on my journey in life is to constantly give off positive vibes and cut out all the negativity in your life, this chapter I’ll share some insights on how to live a positive life and cut out the negativity. As human beings, we all go through ups and downs in life, and it's natural to feel negative emotions from time to time. However, it's important to remember that we have the power to control our thoughts and emotions, and that we can choose to focus on the positive aspects of life.
One of the most important things you can do to live a positive life is to surround yourself with positive people. As the saying goes, "You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with." If you spend your time with negative people who constantly complain and gossip, you'll likely find yourself feeling negative as well. On the other hand, if you surround yourself with positive, uplifting people, you'll find yourself feeling more positive and optimistic.
Another way to cut out negativity is to avoid gossip and rumors. As the philosopher Confucius once said, "The man who asks a question is a fool for a minute, the man who does not is a fool for life." Gossip and rumors are like the Devil's telephone game, where the message gets distorted and twisted as it's passed from person to person. It's best to avoid getting involved in gossip altogether and instead focus on positive conversations and interactions.
It's also important to remember that negative energy attracts negative energy. If you're constantly complaining and focusing on the negative aspects of life, you'll likely attract more negativity into your life. On the other hand, if you focus on positive thoughts and give off positive vibes and energy, you'll attract more positivity into your life. As the philosopher Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, "We become what we think about all day long."
So how can you stay positive and give off positive vibes and energy? One way is to practice gratitude. Take some time each day to reflect on the things in your life that you're grateful for, whether it's your health, your family and friends, or simply the fact that you have a roof over your head and food to eat. Focusing on gratitude can help shift your mindset from one of negativity to one of positivity and abundance.
Another way to stay positive is to focus on the things that bring you joy and happiness. Whether it's spending time with loved ones, pursuing a hobby or passion, or simply taking a walk in nature, make time for the things that make you happy. As the philosopher Aristotle once said, "Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence."
In conclusion, living a positive life and cutting out negativity is all about mindset and attitude. By surrounding yourself with positive people, avoiding gossip and rumors, and focusing on gratitude and the things that bring you joy, you can create a life that's filled with positivity and happiness. As the philosopher Epictetus once said, "It's not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters." So choose to react with positivity and optimism, and watch as your life transforms for the better.
